Booking:

We keep our availability calendar up-to-date with confirmed bookings, but it's always possible that we may have provisional bookings that aren't yet on there.  So if you want to book, first check with us to ensure your dates are still available.

Provisional bookings will be held for seven days to allow time for your booking forms & deposit to reach us.  The form must be completed and signed by a party member who must be at least 25 years of age, and who will be deemed the primary contact for all persons named on the form.

A booking is fully confirmed on receipt of the signed Booking Form, Terms & Conditions of Rental contract, and your deposit. 

Payments:

 A deposit of 150 / $250 is required for each week or part week booked.  Payment of the deposit should be made within 7 days of the provisional booking.  The balance is required 8 weeks before the first night of your stay. 

We prefer to take payment by cheque / check or direct bank transfer in US dollars or Sterling, and we can also take a credit card payment  through PayPal.  Although PayPal is free for a buyer to use, it costs us 4% to acccept it.  To pay us by PayPal, click on the button below:
